I was having trouble with a squeaky noise coming from my wheel or brakes. I was told it had faulty brake clips and my brakes had rubbed a groove into my rotars which had to be turned. I want to know why they did not replace my rotars. I know that turning them makes the car ok but since they already had to be turned at 17,800 miles, the life of the rotars were shortened by the faulty brake clips. This should be warranty work for Mitsubishi.I would like Misubishi Motors to get back with me on the faulty brake clips. I was told it happened with all the 2024 Outlanders. The fact that the rotars already had a groove in them and had to be turned shows a manufaturing problem. My rotars should have been replaced. This visit was the last free maintenance on my contract and I felt like that was why they were not replaced.

The okay thing that I have to say is I didn’t check with our insurance company before we bought it. When I told them what we bought they said the insurance was going to be high on it and sure enough it was. They listen to what we wanted and helped us in rvrry way they could.
