First our villa was moved that I had reserved about 4 months earlier!!! Water puddles all over the floor, air conditioner quit working!

Our family had a great time at Jellystone Park. We stayed in adjoining villas and are looking forward to returning next year. Our only complaint is the floors needed to be cleaned better.

We love jellystone and very much appreciate the improvements you are making each year! The added seating and the coffee shop were wonderful this year. Our golf cart was an upgrade too! We wish the wave pool was working and the WiFi was better

There is plenty of activities to keep everyone happy!

Things close too early. We had to work all day Thursday and then drive to Jellystone - but the time we got there the golf cart pick up was closed. We paid for 3 golf carts that we were not able to get for our 1st night. The wave pool/lazy river/hottub etc area closes earlier than it lists online. Obstacle course closes too early. Its Summer and this is vacation - things should stay open until dusk. Biggest weekend of the year - you require a 3 night minimum but thing were broken (wave pool, bouncy pad). A child puked in the child's play are - staff was told and no one came to clean it up - we just ended up leaving with very sad kids.

We have been going here for 22 years. This is the first time we have had a filthy, dirty cabin. The floors were covered with dirt or dust, blackening our children’s feet within minutes of being there. The toilets were visibly dirty. However, there were clean towels, washcloths, and linens on all beds.

We appreciate the updates in the cabins. We were very disappointed that the wave pool and lazy river were down. More activities for teens would be nice.

Cabin was clean but very far away and not even in the Jellystone map. Check-in location was not as indicated in the instructions. Phone number for Warrens Lodging is disconnected. Wave pool was broken. All other pools, golf cart and activities were excellent.

Had a wonderful time. Villa was well equipped. Had everything we needed.

Although our stay was fun, the resort looks old and needs much updating/repairs! Our son’s unit had a major shower leak from the upstairs down thru the ceiling. #706. Water and mold were seen everywhere. By the looks of somewhat repairs, this has been going on for sometime. The steps leading into the place were also damaged and need paint. Actually many buildings need repairs and paint. The clock and hot tub by the lazy river has been broken for 3 years! It’s very inconvenient not knowing the time when we need to meet family. The whole resort landscaping looks dirty, shabby and unkempt. For the amount of money we paid, this is just disappointing and I will not be recommending this to friends. I used a random restroom while walking and the sink faucet was broke and barely attached to the sink. Also we asked workers, about things and nobody seems knows anything. All said, “I don't know, go to the office to ask questions”.
