Overall great stay for the family we love Jellystone. Bummer about the wave pool being down the hot tubs not working and rest rooms closed. Maintenance man was helpful. Front gate ladysbwas super nice.

our cabin was filthy!! all the cabins around ours had looked nice & ours was overgrown with weeds so we cleaned up the landscaping!! our toilet leaked terribly!! We spoke to the manager & recieved 25% of our money back & was told our toilet would get - nobody showed up until I complained to maintenance about when I was in the activity center - 4 hrs of them in our cabin & it now leaked even worse then befor!! mold & sludge in the bottom of all the garbage cans !! lint, dryer sheets on the floor & sides of washer & dryer. frootloops everywhere under the couch & chairs, sand on the floors. Tub was nasty & had something slimmy in it like boogers. Fridge had sticky stuff in it & was not wiped out !!We left a day early for we didn't go on Vacation to live like a slob for a week!! For the Amount of money we paid for this 8 day Vacation we could've stayed closer to home in the dells & had a clean place to relax & sleep , not clean up after the previous renter !! Oh well had the most expensive cabin & the cabins that were nicer by the camp grounds looked nicer then ours by far & costed less & slept the same amount of people!! 25% back was not enough !! it definitely should've been at least 50% back!! the train never came by our cabin like we were told , so we had to hike back & forth the whole stay with 6 small kids!! i could tell you even more of the things we where not happy about & had to sacrifice & fork out money for but im sure you truly don't care & we would never recommend your facility or camp ground to any one considering your place .

Cabin was not clean. Floor was gritty and left feet and socks black and dirty walking on it even when we just arrived. Light over table didn't look like it had been dusted in months. Missing blinds on door and broken blinds on window next to the door. Repair part left on counter from maintenance. Toilet paper holder under handsoap dispenser is not ideal.

We absolutely love, love, love, Jellystone,! We have been coming down from Rochester Minnesota area for the past 35 years! We have three adult kids, that are married, and have nine grandkids. Everyone of them had a wonderful time, and we will return again next summer! There are so many things to do, and they love the variety of activities, pools, trains ride, games, golf and of course-the golf carts! Not complaining, just giving a few recommendations with this feedback. The call center is extremely disappointing! No returning calls, messages, etc. I left at least nine different messages about our upcoming visit, and never heard anything back! Little frustrating! Also, the fact that you cannot look up individual cabins/villas online is very difficult for a sleeping range arrangements, etc. Also, we were told that cabins were already booked, when they were not! It is not quite as cleanly as it used to be. Our villa had a pink fingernail in the bathroom, there was a dead mouse somewhere within our villa, a dead, bubble bee under my nightstand, the dresser drawers do not close properly, and the floors were very gritty with sand, etc. :(. There were numerous things not up and running. The wave pool was down our entire stay of 5 days, the hot tub was down, the picnic basket for the kids area in the pool was shut down 2 different times, (and that water for infants & toddler is Freezing!🥶) The bathrooms were closed, and there is definitely a need for more inner tubes for the wave pool! The multiple days we were there, at least 25 mats that were popped or deflated! Numerous people were waiting long periods of time to get one for their family. Also, a staff member should be at the bottom of the slide, guiding people to give their mats to others in line that are waiting, instead of going numerous times in a row! More mats for the big yellow & blue slide would be appreciated :). Again, on the positive note, Your staff is very friendly, and trying very hard to with kindness & smiles!! It just may be a lack of training. It appears that some of the training for questions that we had could not be answered. Again, this is not a complaint, just a heads up that it would be a little nicer for people :). I would definitely recommend Jellystone to others, and have recommended for years! The things I listed above will not be a public complaint in any way to criticize Jellystone :)). I know you guys try very hard, and we will definitely return year after year! Thank you so much!🙃

Good time. Wish the lodge was cleaner

We have been coming here for 11 years now, usually its pretty dang good. Its our kids favorite trip of the year. The new owners have made upgrades but overall the experience is going down hill. Kids are getting yelled at for silly things they shouldnt get yelled at for. All while the resort STINKS of weed and just stinks. The wave pool wasnt working and I called a few weeks in advance, I broke my leg and requested a cabin change with no steps or very very minimal steps and i was told it was taken care of, we got there to check in and got to our cabin to find we had the second highest cabin on the property and was 2p some concrete steps to get into the cabin, in the rain. Almost fell down the steps twice with crutches so couldn't do much for the week.

First the positives-lots of activities, large campground, friendly staffSecond the negatives-wave pool broken, large slides closed, ice cream shop had no ice cream, the side mirror on the golf cart was missing, cabin floor was disgusting (wiped up spilled water with paper towel and it was black, and toilet leaked.

First our villa was moved that I had reserved about 4 months earlier!!! Water puddles all over the floor, air conditioner quit working!

Our family had a great time at Jellystone Park. We stayed in adjoining villas and are looking forward to returning next year. Our only complaint is the floors needed to be cleaned better.

We love jellystone and very much appreciate the improvements you are making each year! The added seating and the coffee shop were wonderful this year. Our golf cart was an upgrade too! We wish the wave pool was working and the WiFi was better
