We have been talking the last few years how the cabins are starting to need repairs and no one seems to care.We were without hot water the whole stay the dryer took 10 cycles to dry a load. Floors were cracked and dishwasher was falling out of cabinet’s.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things in the cabin that could use some maintenance however. The dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry 2 towels so might need to be blown out. There was very limited kitchen items, the coffee pot glass broke while gently washing and when asked there are no backup appliances available. The window shades could also use replacement on the door and the upstairs window. The cabin was 702. These are minor things but overall would be nice to have in working order. The staff was helpful to the best of their ability.

Fire alarms were going off when we opened the door. Cobwebs all over and blinds were very dusty as well. Went to get ice cream and there were only a few options and they said they had nothing left to restock, went to get coffee the next day and they were out of EVERYTHING but basic coffee and cream, went for ice cream the next night and basically all chocolate options, no organization at the tye-dye, everything else was pretty good. Just seemed like staff was not very knowledgeable and nothing was stocked. Went to check out and had no idea where to check out or that we had a code to get in the gate at Jellystone. More communication at check in would be great. We spent all over 2500 for the weekend for a mediocre experience. Things could be better!

Although we had a great family experience at this park, we find it very run down. We rented a cabin and the shower leaked to the lower level and there was mold. A hot tub has not worked for 3 years! They didn’t even fix the clock by the pool for 2 years! Buildings look old needing stain, porches broke and there are weeds everywhere! Bathroom sinks leak and almost fall out into the sink. For the prices we paid, management needs to make improvements or people will stop going! Very disappointing!

Was a unique experience. The vibe overall at the campground was very positive. There were some areas that could use some maintenance and upkeep. The hot tub is pretty run down but very popular. The wave pool was not operational during our entire stay. The villa we stayed at had extremely loud flooring that didn’t allow for very good sleeping conditions. The front steps were in very poor shape. No cable or internet to run the tv. Lots of things for the kids to do which was great. Have golf cart rentals was excellent. The toilet was very small.

We stayed in a warrens lodging wood duck villa for a family reunion that was hosted at the Jellystone park. We got a wood duck villa with handicap accessible ramp to get into cabin. Please note, layout of some of the wood duck villas are more compact than shown in pictures on website. We had max capacity and even used a queen sized air mattress in the loft and an extra twin air mattress in the living room. It was cozy but easily doable by moving some things around. Kitchen had the basics. A washer and dryer available shared between 2 villas.Jellystone had lots to keep the kids busy. BFun time for all.

Pros: early check in granted, heated swimming pools and good attractions / entertainment, comfortable bedsCons: we stayed in 810 and WiFi didn’t work (we told front desk staff twice with no help), we didn’t get a villa key upon arrival our door was just unlocked so we asked for a key on day 3, no remote for downstairs TV (staff told but nothing happened), no broom or any type of cleaning products provided (staff told with no help), tried starting our dishwasher prior to leaving which unsure if that worked or not, told we could check in at west gate at 12 and nobody was there to help us, waited around 20-30 minutes, we pushed beds together upstairs in the loft and there was chips and crumbs from previous stay left there, dirty pans left from previous stay

Very nice stay we very much enjoy all the amenities. We’ve been coming for over 30 years, every year, and I think that the units need to be upgraded.I do want to say that I so much appreciate the housekeeper that found my daughter-in-law‘s wedding rings and turned them in. Thank you for hiring such an honest worker!
