Check in was quick and easy. Villas were nice and spacious for our very large group of people. Lots of activities for families which we really liked as well. We appreciated being able to have great spaces to host our large group. Instructions for our time there were easy and helpful. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful as well. Things I felt that could have been improved were being able to get more household items such as toilet paper, hand soap refills, and dish soap. The walkway up to our cabin had a lot of sand and so a lot of sand was trailing into the cabin. The floors were already really sandy when we arrived. We swept the floor multiple times a day throughout the stay. There were some red stains on the linens which made it feel dirty. The pools also felt a little dirty. Only the upper pool area seemed to have heated water compared to the swim park area.

Had a great time! Dishwasher leaks and a chair was broken, but overall, a great trip!

We have been coming to Jellystone for 25 years or more. Things have changed and improved and yet things are still the same! Great times. Great memories.

This is our 12th year visiting Yogi. I am so extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabins, it to the point of extreme filth. I have taken pictures of what was visible to us, I would love to share with you. I spent $800.00 a night to sleep in cabins that were extremely filthy. Things did not work and the filters to the air conditioning were so filthy that I was scared to be there after a recent lung transplant. This should not be. The cabins and surroundings are not in good repair and just terribly run down, which is sad and we have enjoyed our stay for years and that is why we have returned and I was willing to pay the $800.00 a night to stay but we may need to look else where for our annual trip next year. These are all fixable things and I am saddened by the disrepair you are allowing for your facility. Twelve years ago this was a totally different story. I have over the years recommending this place to many people and they have enjoyed their stay also they to have noticed the disrepair. Like I said I have photos that I would love to share with you. The money I spent to stay is far beyond reasonable for the place we stayed in. I am sure you would never think to spend that kind of money on a nights stay for your family. I will not share my opinion publicly as I am hoping you will care enough to contact me to further discuss this. If I do not hear from you I will share my opinion publicly and report this to the health department.

The steps area was completely washed out outside of the cabin. The cabin could use some TLC but is fine. The most frustrating part that we hadn’t experienced in previous stays is that there was no cable and that the internet was not strong enough to use with the Apps. This was very frustrating for us as we enjoy watching movies in the evening. We asked for someone to take a look on multiple occasions. One of the times someone did come out and stated they didn’t know how the issues. My call to issue assistance in the cabin packet and to the front desk resulted in taking my cabin number, but unable to provide any assistance. I don’t know if it was the TV or the router, but one of them needs to be replaced. The park in general also seems more run down. The mini-golf was in very rough condition and no one was monitoring to make golf balls available. This may be our last visit based on this stay. It’s very unfortunate as I’ve had a lot great experiences here over the years.

The campsite was nice and there seems to be plenty to do for the kids, but I felt it was very shortstaffed and the staff that was there didn’t understand English or properly know how to communicate
