Check in went well. Beds were comfy. Could use a nice deep cleaning.

The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable, but several maintenance and comfort issues impacted our stay. The sink would not drain, the AC struggled, the furniture was outdated, and the blinds provided very little privacy. Clearer check-in and checkout instructions would also be appreciated. Some updates and better upkeep would make the experience feel more in line with the price paid.

Our cabin # was changed due to "maintenance "The cabin we were moved to was not safe. The front steps we could almost fall through, the railing was about falling off and couldn't be used.Inside...the oven was so dirty that the smoke alarms went off when preheating it.

Stayed in a lodge, needs some updates such as new faucets(leak), dishwasher (leaks), A/C unit wasn’t working initially but they got it up and running. Furniture is very uncomfortable to sit in. Grounds good be better kept up. Activities could have been organized a little better. Staff was friendly. Wish their cancellation policy was updated to be allowed to not just to change date or cancel entire visit. Just needed to reduce number of people of attending and would have to cancel entire visit. Would not give a refund.

The stay was good and the family had fun. However the floors of the cabin were very dirty upon arrival. My child walked to the bathroom and back. Her feet were black. Other than that it was a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall and would consider returning, but for nearly $1,000 for two nights I expected a better experience. The beds were comfortable, but the cabin furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The kitchen sink would not drain properly, making it difficult to use, and the AC did not cool very well. The front blinds were missing large sections, which reduced privacy at night. Check-out instructions were also unclear, and no information was included in our check-in packet other than the departure time. The resort itself was enjoyable, but I would only return at a discounted rate and would not pay $500 per night again unless improvements were made.
