The bathrooms where not very good. No toilet paper.

The pool washrooms need to be cleaned more. and the office could stay open a littel later. we would like to mini golf after dinner and the office is closed. i understand that some people abuse and destroy thing but should we all suffer. a nice after dinner treat would also be nice. But the staff is great and do everything to help.

The resort was clean and easy to get into my spot. I’m pretty sure her name was Heidi (forgive me if I’m wrong) but she was the one that helped me book and was great on the phone. We were able to work through booking a complete stay with full service even if I had to change sites. She was also the one to check me in and did well to remember my booking experience and how we planned it. My first site the sewer hookup was further away and I didn’t have enough hose to connect to it. The pool was a decent temperature but getting in off the steps can be tricky as myself and a few other people slipped once we stepped off the last step. The pool itself could use a better skimmer as there was a fair bit of floaters around. This wasn’t completely bothersome as there were hand skimmers on deck and I do realize the pool is busy. The mini putt was good not too challenging and not too easy, good for the whole family to kill sometime. I used the showers once and they can get pretty hot. Some way to adjust temperature would be great. One temperature setting makes it a good shower only for the people that like that temperature. The bathrooms were pretty clean everytime I went in and there was always a good amount of supplies. All in all we had a great stay and enjoyed the park.

We love your campground as we have relatives that live in Wasaga Beach and this is the 3rd stay in 4 years that we have come to enjoy your place in June for the week. The only thing that would be nice, is I did ask last year also, was to have a sticker of your campground. I have been doing a camping journal for years and always purchase a sticker of the park or campground where we stay and place it in my book. This year I took one of your brochures and cut the name of your campground and taped it inside my journal to make do. I understand not many campers may ask for this, but everywhere we have gone to including provincial parks do sell them....just an idea for future:)Thanks,Lisa & Tony

Make sure there’s no holes or trip hazards on the sites

Addie, took my reservation over the phone and was very professional and courteous. We informed her that we would be coming in afterhours she explained that a package would be left for us outside the office with all the necessary information for our check in. We arrived around 7:30 pm and our check in was smooth. Went to the office the next they and met Addie with the rest off the team that greeted us with smile. Want to say Thank you to everyone involve for the wonderful experience my spouse and I had at Wasaga Pines.

We were disappointed that the office closes at 5pm. We did not realize this until we went to purchase wood for our campfire the first night and were unable to. A night at the site and no campfire was a lot disappointing. Maybe a way to set it up that you could swipe your credit card at an after-hours setup.4 We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay. Can you please tell us what it made it pleasant? A correction in this statement is needed :)

The office staff was friendly and helpful at check-in.Our group (of 50 year olds) enjoyed the inflatable bouncing pillow, and the use of the open field across from our sites to play ring toss..

Definitely get the phone lines checked out, for months the phones went unanswered when I called to book, had other people wanting to call and book with us but they could never get through on the phone, so unfortunately lost out on business. Also the wifi didn't work at all at the Rec Hall. Other than that, our stay was great and we will forsure be back!

It was a great weekend we were there for a jack and Jill. There was a lot of people and it all went off without a hitch. We didn't get shut down at quiet time. Very relaxed atmosphere.
