The hallways and exterior ,really poor looking . Raleigh paint job lol in hall is half done rugs need to go they have paint splashed from said paint job everywhere broken exterior lighting and honest answer, just looks run down . Just a few lil investments would make it appealing and less well ,trashy . Also I would love if the back doors were locked at night . I personally am afraid to go downstairs in there if dark . And the tape between windows, I know it's been there pre sinatara but really why? Look at it from parking lot it looks silly half peeled etc . I guess short answer paint job on front and hall tremendous improvement if done and dang rug ripped out

Need more notifications/emails to the people living here with dogs to clean up after their pets.

I had no issues and loved living at Washington Square! From the neighbors to the apartment itself and the office staff!! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The bath tub is disgusting and can smell the lingering (past Tenant) chain smoking
