I don't move around that much but if I worked in downtown Seattle my location would have been perfect but I work in Kent and the commute was wearing me out

My only complaint is NOT with the apartment, but the unfortunate presence of so many disturbed street people and the constant sirens and helicopters noise. Washington Terrace itself is a most pleasant place!

Enjoyed living here, convient to transportation. I unfortunately did not take advantage of the imenities on 2nd floor. Too early for the refund.
