loved unit &location,wish I could moveN next month.75yo with a 10yo son ,& have cancer son not allow, 61+only

I liked the facility very much however the location on hills is not an option for me. Plus I have a dog and am no sure about walking her at night in the neighborhood.

Washington terrace is a great place to live, Staff at Washington terrace is very approachable and very easy to communicate with, the manager rash is super easy to talk to if there is a issue, if I new someone was looking a place to live I would recommend Washington terrace to that person,I miss my apartment that I had there , .my experience there was very good nothing negative to say about Washington terrace.so sad I off to leave.

Surprised by the genuine friendliness and helpful response from the staff. Haven’t felt this way for a loooong time!!!

Overall I had a very positive experience thanks to the manager who gave me a tour. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
