My only complaint is NOT with the apartment, but the unfortunate presence of so many disturbed street people and the constant sirens and helicopters noise. Washington Terrace itself is a most pleasant place!

Enjoyed living here, convient to transportation. I unfortunately did not take advantage of the imenities on 2nd floor.Too early for the refund.
