DID NOT COMPLETE THE MAINTENANCE REQUEST

I keep having recurring rodent and pest and it's been going on for seven years

The job isn't finished, I've been like this for 4 days

staffing the leasing lady that helped me is really helpful with asking my question.property looks nice

The maintenance didn’t complete the work

They put on ticket that door was done and it's not and the graffiti is still on the balcony walls outside they put in new knows on tub and new toilet but forgot to turn water back on.

My last request was regarding the light bulb in the kitchen, one of two of the lightbulbs blown out I asked that an electrician come to check the wiring to be sure it’s safe No one has come as of 1/22/2026 the request was put into the maintenance portal on 1/19/2026 request # 326731

Work was performed by contractors and did a very good job in replacing my kitchen floor.

They did not come out to do the Baycony
