This maintenance team seems to consistently take an extensive time to get to a work order. Now while I’m not saying this is every member on the maintenance team I will say that the technician that I have been getting to complete the order has not been up to par. I often have to call the rental office several times or go in person to get someone to address my Ticket. Often I am told that they were busy when I inquire about the long time frame to get some emergencys and other work orders. I mean my family dealt with trying to figure out how to flush feces because the toilet wouldn’t flush and maintenance did not address the ticket. Or having to buy large buckets to wash my dishes because my sink in the kitchen was clogged for 3 to 4 days and no one addressed it. It’s just very sad because I’m being charged $100 more every year, but the conditions of the apartment have not improved. Nor has the service from the maintenance machine.

No suggestion just that the fan in the hallway bathroom is very lowm, they said it ws replced but is not as powerful as the last.

Wster pressure and the grinding noise were not addressed. Also the bathroom fan was not repaired.

The light on the hallway no working for more than 5 months and they still haven't fixed it. I've already reported it twice and they never fix it.
