The community is very open arms welcoming when you drive up. Then walking in you feel like you are at a resort. Just wonderful feeling!

Entire visit was outstanding

The overall sense during our visit was very harmonious. The residents appeared in good spirits and well cared for.

We visited 3 facilities and we felt Watercrest was the best.

The way my mother was spoken to

Everything & everyone, from personnel to residents as well as inside & outside of the building were perfectly pleasant. Can't imagine a more perfect place for my mom.

Laura. She did her job exceptionally by letting us know what to expect, how their residence will be safe and in good hands. We like the idea there are fun activities. Another feature we like is that the residence can eat during the day. Some people eat at a particularly time. I believe she (Laura)stated there may have entertainment. I may have a couple of questions but for now, Laura answered the important questions thus far.

This is Ed’s niece. I handled everything. Ed is in NJ. How Laura Cason kept referring to my uncles likes and needs. What would he be comfortable with. Not just trying to sell something. Her returning phone calls even on a weekend. The staff is so nice.
