This is Ed’s niece. I handled everything. Ed is in NJ. How Laura Cason kept referring to my uncles likes and needs. What would he be comfortable with. Not just trying to sell something. Her returning phone calls even on a weekend. The staff is so nice.

the fun active vibes from the staff but most importantly from the guests. They were empathetic when guest showed emotional distress, and they were attentive at any moments need.
