The staff was super friendly and helpful. The apt was not professionally cleaned as described. Many stains, dirt piles, blinds were dirty, baseboards covered in dust, window sills were dirty, soap and food grime on kitchen sink faucet and in drain, and showers not cleaned

The garage was not swept out, and the balcony had not been cleaned either. There was a pile of bird droppings and lots of dirt on the balcony.

Skylar made the move in process seamless and straightforward. She was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and in great detail. She was a pleasure to work with. Overall, the entire move in experience was efficient, smooth, and stress-free.

While floors were clean, the apartment itself was dirty. Unclean windows, fixtures, faucets, toilets, washer. Very unprofessional.
