Overall 100% loved the time spent there all the cars and just very easy processes in all thank you again Mitsubishi!Just amazing I don’t ever want another dealer again Mitsubishi will run in my family line!

The car service area experience was awesome. Louis, the auto mechanic was excellent, and I appreciated him servicing my car. The woman at the car service desk was awesome and I appreciated all of her professionalism.I give them both 100% satisfaction.Waiting for my car was horrific. The sales department and customer service in that area were unprofessional.One hid in the bathroom for 30 minutes. A woman named Najei was rude, nasty and unprofessional. she has horrible customer service skills along with 2 men that were with her. The Spanish Music was loud and annoying as well. Najei and 2 men got upset in the bathroom area when I said, "Shhhhh, please lower your voices, I am on the phone." She went off verbally on me = poor customer service. One of the men were laughing at me and once I said, "I am a 62 year old woman." "This is not funny. " "Would you want your mom to be spoken to like that, or your sister spoken to like that?" He stopped laughing. I will no longer bring my car to be serviced in Watertown, CT again despite Car Service and Part Service are excellent. I did call the Mitsubishi Headquarters while I was getting my car service on 3/23/26 and reported this incidence. While I was waiting on hold, one of the salesmen was in the bathroom the whole time I was on hold. Headquarters gave me another location to have my car serviced in Danbury in the future. I never experienced this any other time in any Mitsubishi establishment. I was mortified how I was treated. I was upset for days.Thank you!When I got to my appointment, I was not in the system due to scheduling on the phone with a Robot instead of a human. I was still able to get my car serviced and the customer service was extremely pleasant and understanding. She gets a 100% from me. I checked "My appointment was rescheduled" which is not true - there was no other choice to why I was dissatisfied. It was not a human error. It is the system put into place having a robot schedule appointment, yet the appointment was not entered into the computer. Stupid to have a robot scheduling car service appointment.

I think I was overcharged for the service. Appointment time I scheduled was good and my car taken on time while I waited for oil changed. They told me recommended services and I hadvthem do 2 of the 5 while thrre.

There was nowhere to park my vehicle so I had to leave it blocking the entrance to the service bay, every single parking space was occupied. There’s no signage for the service department entrance.There was a grease stain on the inside of the door from someone’s hand, some brown dirt stain on the passenger seat, and mud all over the interior sill plate. The steering wheel felt greasy so I’m assuming they don’t cover the steering wheel or carpets.
