There was nowhere to park my vehicle so I had to leave it blocking the entrance to the service bay, every single parking space was occupied. There’s no signage for the service department entrance.There was a grease stain on the inside of the door from someone’s hand, some brown dirt stain on the passenger seat, and mud all over the interior sill plate. The steering wheel felt greasy so I’m assuming they don’t cover the steering wheel or carpets.

No additional feedback.Mostly used cars in the parking lot. Making it difficult to parkMitsubishi! You have no dealer network in Connecticut. Unfortunately I would not consider the brand any longerTeam member asked if it was ok to call.

The first time I went I had no clue where the service department was. I understand that they are a smaller dealership but they need better signage.The staff is great and they are very efficient and quick. My only complaint is the signage, they need to have a sign that says service dept.They've been efficient every time I've gone to get my car serviced
