Although Travis, the maintenance man, is amazing, it feels as if he's not given the tools to complete his job in a timely manner, as he has to go through the manager to order things, I believe. I've asked for a few things to be fixed, and they have not been so far. Parts that need to be ordered were not. Having to repeatedly as for the fix is exhausting and unprofessional. Also, you really need to give residents a time window frame of when maintenance will be performed so we're not waiting or surprised.
