The property was very nice and clean. There was no cars outside for or not running. There was no trash on the ground. The staff was well dress and friendly

Overall, the community and apartment complex has been great. The only reason I selected “not sure” for the “How likely are you to renew your lease?” question, is determining what the renewal price and contract will be.

I have had to deal with a horrible neighbor who smeared poop on my door and who continues to make noises in the middle of the night to wake me up. I have called police on her more than once and even the police is confused she has not been evicted.
