The sales representative didn’t come across as very friendly. We appreciate when representatives take the time to ask questions, walk with us, and make the experience feel unhurried rather than rushed or focused on moving on quickly.

Overall, the community and apartment complex has been great. The only reason I selected “not sure” for the “How likely are you to renew your lease?” question, is determining what the renewal price and contract will be.

I have had to deal with a horrible neighbor who smeared poop on my door and who continues to make noises in the middle of the night to wake me up. I have called police on her more than once and even the police is confused she has not been evicted.
