Mostly because of the disconnected garages from some of the buildings and not having elevators in all of the buildings. The prices do not match the inconvenience.

Great service with a very personable tour guide/leasing agent

I gave 4 stars because so much wasn’t available to show. When I moved into my current apt, although it was still opening, the main building that housed the amenities, pool, etc had been completed although the other buildings hadn’t opened yet. It would’ve been better, from my perspective, if building 1 had opened first, then the rest of the buildings followed suit.

The person who greeted us was genuinely very attentive and friendly. Their interaction with the children, in particular, was very sincere, which made us feel very comfortable as a family.They explained every detail of the house with great care and professionalism, providing illuminating information on everything we were curious about. Throughout the tour, they meticulously showed us all the aspects we liked. Overall, their approach and attention during the process greatly satisfied us.

I didn't get a chance to view options outside of what the sales person selected for me.
