Although the booking of my car was easy, I was disappointed at the waiting time for a courtesy car was too long. Staff where apologetic and professional throughout.

My car wasn’t clean good so I had to bring it back for a full valet inside, a one hour later I got my car back and it still wasn’t clean properly. ☹️
