When I arrived at the Dealership Wearside Audi, on Friday September 9th 2022, I was greeted by Adam Corry who had the documentation ready and on completion went through the handover process professionally with a full explanation of the car 🚘 controls.However through no fault of Adam or the Dealership, my new Audi Q4 Etron would not start.There was extreme embarrassment from Adam and Sales Manager Paul Jackson, it was not their fault as stated.I was immediately given the use of an Audi A7 demonstrator for the weekend, which I greatly appreciated.First thing Monday morning, I received a call from Head of Business Mr Richard Hyde, who apologised on behalf of the Dealership and more to the point Audi UK.He explained that the voltage conductor had failed and a new one had been ordered urgently and would arrive the next day, true to his word, the part arrived and fixed the issue.Having purchased 4 new Audis from Wearside Audi in the last 10 years, it was a big disappointment on this occasion.However having been in the motor industry myself for over 40 years and I have seen most mishaps and put this down, “ just one of those things “ and hopefully this is a one off.At the moment I am delighted with my new Q4 Etron, Quality, Quiet and Quick.Richard, Paul and Adam were extremely sympathetic and helped the situation no end with their personal involvement and Customer Care, a credit to Lookers.PS ; I appreciated very much, the gift of a set of carpets and boot liner from Richard

We bought the car over the phone from Northern Ireland. The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. A video was sent of the car so we were totally sure of what we were buying. Thank you for such a good service.

I always have a good experience visiting the Wearside Audi dealership. The staff are friendly, the showroom is always clean and tidy and I'm always looked after even for trivial visits like a MOT. Special thanks to Gareth who dealt with me on this occasion.

All that was promised, happened.

Initial query never progressed into purchase due to lack of availability of suitable cars. I am still searching for a replacement for my current vehicle but have decided to wait until the market has stabilised, vehicle choice is greater, and prices become more realistic. If this does not come about then I will run my current vehicle until it becomes unserviceable

The customer experience has been professional, efficient and friendly. My wife and I are both returning customers, and I am currently awaiting an imminent date for my new car from Wearside Audi.

Reece was brilliant, he was more than happy to fix the issue with my app as well as the problem the car was in for. He kept my notified of the issues with the car and reassured me that it would be sorted for the next day. I picked up the car, cleaned, hoovered and fully charged!

I was asked to consider trading my A3 in early, however the quality of cars on offer was extremely limited.

I'm pleased I phoned Wearside Audi and spoke to Thomas. He looked at my car's records and said there's a recall on your auto gearbox. Booked it into garage within a few days, great service.
