The service team were great. I had an incident with my bike, and so one of the team kindly gave me a lift to my meeting, and looked after my bike until I came back.

Nothing wrong with the service just didn’t find a car for my needs at this time.

I returned with a query that was answered to my satisfaction.

They have a very good team there and I will be back.Some dealerships I have been to in the past don't even acknowledge you when you walk in which make me furious , then try to be your best friend when you show interest in a certain car.A prime example was the Audi at Cheshire oaks. I had to almost drag the guy outside to show me the car. Then when he realised I was genuine he was acting like my best friend. I had no interest in giving him my business at this point and left.

Great service as always even with a few minor issues which was expected after such a big job on my vehicle, great customer service from Rebecca and Gareth and the guys in the service shop Paul and malcolm,

Two of the six actions recommended on the health check video had either been already undertaken (last year) or were not due for another six months; these discrepancies were ably identified and removed by the Service Advisor.I will need to return to the service centre to have both front and rear discs replaced (it's quite expensive to have five Audi items undertaken all at once) . I'll time this service to fit in with the recommended change of brake fluid in, or before, December.
