I was delighted with the service throughout the process, Adam was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the initial purchase session clearly explaining the options available both on product and finance options. On handover he was particularly helpful taking me through all of the relevant dashboard and computer features and making sure that I was aware that I could contact him if I needed any assistance if there were any issues after I had taken delivery of the car

Sales Team were again brilliant to deal with. With exceptional service from Sarah Tait. She kept us up to date right through the process. Right through to earlier handover than expected. Brilliant service.

It would be helpful to know if the estimated time is likely to be exceeded during the visit so diaries can be managed.Very pleasant welcome on reception.

The staff who dealt with my service from the booking to returning my car, were all very pleasant, courteous and helpful.I also found the video I received to be helpful and informative.Also a nice environment to sit and wait for my car.

Dealership is excellent however AUDI are a shambles !They can sell a very expensive vehicle yet have no idea why the software is playing up or how to fix the problem….. very disappointing !!!
