Amazing service, didnt have the car i wanted but was informed they had one coming in. I was informed instantly when the car had arrived so i could view it and put the deposit down. Was provided with an alloy refurbishment and body shop visit before picking up the car. Perfect service from kristian and the audi team

Mark was extremely helpful however it was me and the comfort of the car, I currently have a Q2 and was not happy with the drive of the car, so I am of heightened sensitivity when test driving the number of cars that Mark presented to me.I was also confused why the interest rates were different for HP to PCP and I am aware from my bank that I can get a better rate: Also if you are borrowing money don't understand why the cost would be more for HP, not interested anyway understanding I just don't think its fair: Mark again was helpful and advised he has no control of this and it was set from Audi so this was also a OEM anomaly that I was not happy with.I have had a number of cars from lookers and overall a good experienceThank youRegardsSteve

Initial member of staff (Mitchell Boyce) who sold me the car failed to keep in touch after I signed on the dotted line and quite honestly this is not the level of service I expected from my past experience of Audi dealerships. Kris Drysdale then took over approx one month before I collected the car and I have to say he was excellent and restored some faith in me regarding Wearside Audi. He listened, empathised and did his very best to make the remainder of my ‘journey’ with you a pleasant and enjoyable one. Well done Kris - he is an asset to you team!
