I dealt with Hughie when buying my car who made the process of purchasing it over the phone extremely easy and was completely put at ease. I live in Manchester and will definitely recommend friends and family to speak to Hughie when purchasing a new vehicle.Great service

Only issue I had was that they never hoovered my car out and the washing of the car wasn't great as there was still dirt on it and the alloys weren't cleaned.

I don’t recall receiving a video with an explanation of the condition on my vehicle only emails for checking in online although Reece assured me when I collected that everything was fine

The rep who initially dealt with our sale (Martin Blight) was excellent at looking into options around my budget and making things possible, organised a test drive and went the extra mile to give us an excellent customer service. The second rep Mark O’Neill was new to Audi and was excellent too whilst learning new business procedures. I think the unveiling of the car is a great experience, my second with Audi now!

All staff were friendly professional and courteous looking after me at every stage of the process. Special thanks to Mark O’Neil who was extremely patient as we encountered a number of IT issues at my end before successfully completing the transaction. I was really impressed with the handover arrangement on collection day and was pleased to meet Sam from the management team who seemed genuinely pleased to meet and talk with me. Special thanks to the reception staff who kept me supplied with coffee a really nice touch
