Was informed car would be cleaned inside and out. When I arrived to collect the car i was told it had been ready for a while but would have to wait 30 min for it be cleaned. Which I wasn’t prepared to do.

Reception and service staff always friendly and welcoming. The gentleman who prepared my video even pointed out that the aftermarket metal dust caps could become rusted and even freed abs greased them. Even the small things mean a lot. Thanks

Staff very quick to respond to enquiry and we’re very helpful. Unfortunately, the car I was looking at just wasn’t the one for me.
