Superb professional service from start to finish - delighted

From start to finish the whole process was perfect. No pressure throughout, which I really liked, the car had a few minor issues which were sorted out immediately with a service way beyond that which I expected or ever experienced before. Hughie Healy to great care in looking after us throughout, with regular updates and getting the car ready for collection quicker than expected, and his presentation of the vehicle was an amazing experience. Warm welcome, nice cup of coffee whilst the final details were sorted, there's nothing that you could have done any better. We love the car and loved everything about the way we were treated as customers by Lookers.

Friendly staff Quick and effective service

The problem was with the charger installer. aOHME SET UP MY CHARGER WITH TWO OWNERS and as a consequence it needed to be delinked. Took a few days. But Adam from Wearside Audi was so supportive and came to my home to set up the charger. Audi are lucky to o have such such an employee. Take a bow Audi
