Excellent customer service from start to finish.

I did return because the oil change message still came on my vehicle but this was sorted promptly and lots of apologies for this not being done when my car was in.

Everyone was polite and helpful.

Sam was very good with initial enquiry, then we dealt with Kristian through the remainder of the process who was extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with. Loved the collection process in the showroom. Kristian has also been excellent and very efficient dealing with a couple of queries since we took delivery. A great experience overall and why we would thoroughly recommend to others to use Lookers.
