Overall very good service in my opinion, the only thing that stopped me from purchasing the car was the confusion on the 2 years service plan which the sales man offered me from the first conversation..but when I was about to purchase the car I was told there was no free service with this car 🤔 that put right off purchasing the car as that’s what I was promised from the start of the process..Thanks John Aitken

She explained everything about the deal that I wanted.On this ocassion I just couldn't do business with you because my budget was just below what I needed to secure the Q7, however, unlike other sales people that I have dealt with, I truly believe that she pushed and pushed for the deal to be completed.
