I was contacted about my service with plenty of time to arrange the booking, staff were friendly as always and I chose to wait for my car, which didn’t feel like an inconvenience as it can in some places. The work was done to a high standard - I received my health check video which is as helpful as always and I spoke about a future service plan, which my advisor said they would contact me about when my current plan drops off the system but the information they provided about this was helpful overall.

The first time I tried to check in with the service it did not start up and timed out (Internet was connected the 'cog wheels' display just did not disappear. (I tried both from email client directly and with browser). Later in day tried again right clicking button in email and selecting to open web address in separate browser, this worked fine. Overall felt this could have been smoother and was like this the last time I used the service about 6 months ago. Service Team and Technician were excellent. The Audicam video was particularly useful / helpful

It was so easy to use. I booked my car in for an MOT. I waited just over an hour. The waiting area and refreshments on offer were good. I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by David who discussed my ongoing extended warranty needs.

Great service. Complex roof problem, tried your best to fix, got it running long enough for me to sell the vehicle. Staff were outstanding and kept me informed.

Nice simple set up to use online service and it’s very convenient to use Booking car in we got an appointment within a few days which was fantastic.. we had updates & videos which is a great way to be kept in the loop .. always a lovely welcome at this dealership
