Sadly i missed out on buying the SQ5 as i was away on the day following my initial enquiry. James at Wearside Audi did his best to contact me so respectfully i cannot fault his drive and motivation. I unfortunatly did not see his messages / or voice mail until the following day by which time the car had sold direct to an online buyer.James did respond & informed the car was no longer available.Cannot fault James Vasiri @ Wearside Audi.Meanwhile i will keep looking.

Very professional from start to finish. On handover we found a damaged rim that needed repairing. Unfortunately I am still awaiting a call to rectify this issue.

Rebecca Brannan the service advisor was very helpful from initial contact regarding some warranty work my car required.The service and communication so far has been faultless, I have no issues regarding the service. My car still has an issue to resolve but I am certain Wearside Audi will be able to resolve it when I book my car back in.
