Information about car was very good just need to go a view over at the showroom

I booked my Q4 for charging portal hatch repair via the central system. Due to availability I selected Audi Wearside and was booked on 3/3/36 for a 10:30 appointment. I dropped the car off early for diagnosis and repair. A member of the team telephoned me shortly after drop-off to complain that the car had been added to their work sheet late and the car was delivered late. It was not. I was promised updates, but having not received any I called. I was informed that I would be contacted shortly as they did not have an update. At 15:00 the same team member called me to say that they had performed only 1 hour of diagnostics and they were unable to determine what was wrong. They needed me to authorise an additional hour but could not / refused not to perform this same day. I had to collect the car due to prior commitments. The member of staff was extremely rude and disinterested. I feel that I wasted 40 minutes each way and w hole day of waiting. I've since re-booked to Audi Tyneside. I wont be using Audi Wearside again, which is a shame am in currently looking for my 5th Audi...

I came into the showroom last Friday and looked outside and inside. No one approached me even to say hi, they walked past and didn’t even acknowledge me. I was in and out of the cars and they were all without customers. I appreciate I didn’t have an appointment and that the 3 sales people in were waiting for customers but to not even be acknowledged me was very disappointing. I know I’m not a big spending customer but I’m loyal. Not that that should matter, they didn’t know that. They reception desk had a sign to say it was not manned but there was a lady with her coat on so I asked if there was anyone that could help me. She asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t, I appreciate this was my mistake as I wasn’t aware it was appointment only. She checked to see if anyone was free but said they were waiting for customers, which as I said I appreciate. However, surely it’s courtesy and good business sense for someone to acknowledge me, say hello, ask what I was looking for, then explain they were they all waiting for customers and they would contact me as soon as they could. The lady at reception asked what I was interested in and I said either a new A1, A3 or Q2. She took my number and email address andsaid someone would call me. I’m still waiting for that call back.

The model of car I went to see was not in the show room. However, I was invited back the next day when one was available.

This would of been my 3 4d vehicle purchased from yourselves however I had some negative equity and was refused any sale Regardless of been shown or suggested other vehicles, the girl who spoke to me took her laptop over to another salesman who discussed the decision, I was left sat while they both spoke

Andrew was very helpful and it was felt he “went the extra mile” in making in depth enquiries regarding a prospective vehicle,

I bought a brand new A3 at end of August 2025, all was good until January, where I experienced issues with the car. On 12/1/26, booked car in for diagnostic and repair, I felt that I couldn't drive the car due to it cutting out/losing power. I borrowed my daughters car until mine went in, which was 22/1/26, no courtesy car available. Got car back, saying works complete. 2 days later, experienced same issues. After a few attempts to book in, I had to call roadside assist who followed me in to centre, I was given courtesy car until my car was looked at/repaired. The car is still in the workshop 2 weeks later, and expected to be in for around another week. I have not had use of my car that I bought, and am paying for, for best part of 6 weeks. My biggest concern is that I have lost all confidence in the car and don't think I ever will. Has it been built to correct spec. Quite major repairs needed on a 6 month old car. I would be willing to discuss further in person. I really feel like I don't want the car back. Can I say, during all this, the service department have been absolutely fantastic from minute one, kept me updated regularly.
