Since I have been with Audi Wearside all I can say was the right move nothing is too much trouble the girls on the service desk are brilliant can’t do enough for you they keep you informed up to date with how your vehicle is doing the mechanic assigned to your vehicle give honest and video updates which assures us the customer that we are in safe hands and all that can be said is thank you Wearside Audi

The process was easy and uncomplicated, on my service they identified problems which were covered by warranty, booked in for repairs with a courtesy car. On the day was dealt with by Rebecca who was really friendly and professional to deal with. Very happy with the service I was given.
