The problem was with the charger installer. aOHME SET UP MY CHARGER WITH TWO OWNERS and as a consequence it needed to be delinked. Took a few days. But Adam from Wearside Audi was so supportive and came to my home to set up the charger. Audi are lucky to o have such such an employee. Take a bow Audi

Since I have been with Audi Wearside all I can say was the right move nothing is too much trouble the girls on the service desk are brilliant can’t do enough for you they keep you informed up to date with how your vehicle is doing the mechanic assigned to your vehicle give honest and video updates which assures us the customer that we are in safe hands and all that can be said is thank you Wearside Audi
