Great service - although missing a mobile phone charging cable since service

Didnt use online booking as I made the appointment for the work following a previous visit. Have previously had no issues with online bookingDid what was expected, fitted part required & returned the car. No issues.

Adam was the person who supported my purchase. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable steering me though the buying process. Love the cat Thanks Adam

Although the service was good, it takes a very long time between the request and finally getting the vehicle booked in, I appreciate you may be busy but having to book sometimes over a month in advance is a major inconvenience

Nice and simple !Overall the experience & service received was good. However, and in the spirit of continuous improvement, the only negative was the condition of the courtesy car ... It was 'grubby' both inside and out, I also had to wait for fuel to be put into the vehicle, only a minor inconvenience, but the vehicle should be clean & ready for the customer to collect.

Really good service as always, communication, organisation and updates.

Helpful staff. Made me feel valued and welcome.
