The online checkin made it easier and quicker when I arrived to hand my car over for the work to be carried out The staff were very polite and professional, the showroom and waiting area’s were very clean and tidy and I was kept upto date with the progress of my service

Handover good but had a low oil warning after driving 20 miles, when asked about what oil I should have been asked to take it back for them to put oil in. I'd expect better from Audi
