Although the service was good, it takes a very long time between the request and finally getting the vehicle booked in, I appreciate you may be busy but having to book sometimes over a month in advance is a major inconvenience

Nice and simple !Overall the experience & service received was good. However, and in the spirit of continuous improvement, the only negative was the condition of the courtesy car ... It was 'grubby' both inside and out, I also had to wait for fuel to be put into the vehicle, only a minor inconvenience, but the vehicle should be clean & ready for the customer to collect.
