Prompt and accommodating service. The car video was sent at short notice. Paul went out of his way to help and stayed after the garage closed to assist us as we were part way home from Northumberland and couldn’t easily return to the garage. As the car wasn’t suitable he offered to continue to help us find a suitable car and made a number of follow up calls. He wasn’t pushy and was very considerate of our needs as a family on the journey.
