The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. As l have a disability, they collected and returned my car, the driver was great, friendly & reassured me that my car was in safe hands. The technicians sent a video explaining the checks he did & it was helpful to see them first hand. Recommendations were also sent when he realised l did not have a tyre inflation kit, which l had never noticed was absent from the time l received the car. All in all an excellent service from all involved
