Excellent . Adam was very helpful

My vehicle has had several issues since purchase:Tyre keeps losing air - air nozzle has been *glued on* so car keeps losing air, akin to a slow puncture.Corroded exhaust - led to MOT failure.Engine knocking sensor failed TWICE. Leading to substantial repair costs

Staff were very good, everything was explained

I would like to compliment two members of staff at Wearside Audi, Sunderland. Gareth (Service Manager) and particularly Jenna (Service Advisor).After various issues with my wife's vehicle bought approximately 14-15 months ago we experienced a number of issues that were eventually dealt with largely by Jenna and Gareth (after numerous attempts). The car was eventually returned to us in person with some small gifts following a level of frustration (and time) with a vehicle we have never experienced before.I have been in again recently with another small issue on my wife's car that Jenna competently dealt with quickly. She showed and exceeded an excellent level of customer care, demonstrated very good car knowledge, empathy, professionalism and shows that she cares for the customer in a way that is not commonplace in today's society. Nothing is a problem for Jenna!I would love this feedback to passed over to both Gareth and Jenna.

Following on from an email sent from Audi Financial Services I have still not had a reply from your department about my complaint which has now been going on since 20/08/25.This all stems from a bill I received, and subsequent money taken from my bank account, from Audi Financial Services for excess mileage following a routine service. Please see emails below. This I eventually found out was because Audi Sunderland garage provided an incorrect mileage to Financial Services, I then was informed that Audi Sunderland have provided three incorrect readings for each year my car has been serviced! Now, I can perhaps understand one mistake, but I find it very hard to understand how three incorrect readings can be sent over the last three years.I would appreciate a reply within the next 48 hours before taking this matter further.

The sales team were most helpful & came up with a deal that was acceptable to both parties involved. They also were very prompt in responding & replying to phone calls & emails without fuss.

I was contacted over the phone about making an appointment to get a new car, under the guise I was in a ‘good position’ with my current car and I’d be offered deals for my loyalty.It turns out I’m not in a good position as my car is in negative equity, and a new like-for-like swap will cost me an extra £112 a month.A complete waste of time.
