The process was explained to me very well and the process itself was simple. Updates given to me were clear and the car looks and feels brand new again!

It made everything very easy and also gave me info that i could refer back to so not have a chance of forgetting the appointmentAudi Sunderland delivered a great service for me and the two cars i had serviced, particularly the support i received from Gareth and Rebecca. The information received in advance of the booking and the updates i received during the booking were great in that it kept me up to date so it was easy to work around the inconvenience of not having my car.

Excellent service from the staffI am unable to complete the remainder of the survey as my car was very kindly brought into the garage by the salesman who organised the purchase for us. He always goes above and beyond to help us with any questions and continuation of an excellent provision of service.I will choose the five stars rating from previous contacts with the garage. Otherwise I am unable to submit my questionnaire.

Bit of a mix up with the booking at first but more than accomodating and still fitted my car in for service, even though it was 2pm until the mix up was sorted, everything was still completed
