Handover was carried out really well by Hughie, who made the whole process very straightforward and it went really smoothly. However, the lights in the handover bay weren't working, so it was quite dark, and I couldn't see the car very well, which was a little disappointing.

Sarah was fantastic made me feel very special went above and beyond no pressure made me very comfortable and new her stuff.It was my birthday and she had balloons and a nice card. Went through everything took her time with me explaining the functions. setting up my phone ect Very professional and new all about the cars.
