Excellent service from the staffI am unable to complete the remainder of the survey as my car was very kindly brought into the garage by the salesman who organised the purchase for us. He always goes above and beyond to help us with any questions and continuation of an excellent provision of service.I will choose the five stars rating from previous contacts with the garage. Otherwise I am unable to submit my questionnaire.

Bit of a mix up with the booking at first but more than accomodating and still fitted my car in for service, even though it was 2pm until the mix up was sorted, everything was still completed

Great efficient service

Would have been 5 stars but I didn't get a printed copy of the service history or invoice. Useful for records. No big drama though, will ask for printed copies next time I am there.

Service easy to use and book. Easy to access records etc.Staff are always so polite and helpful. They can never do enough for you. My service was done so swiftly too and I got my car back straight away. Really good service and find Audi cam also helpful.
