Hughie at wearside audi was a fantastic help, false advertising of my car by Ayr audi saying i had touch screen and reverse cam. But i dont. Also didnt get told car had ad-blue until i opened the filler cap myself. Im still happy with car but that was disappointing to find out. Had issues with a couple of things but got sorted by service dep so hopefully wont happen again

Salesman was very polite and helpful,showed us examples of similar spec vehicles that we were after as didn’t have the one we required, he also showed us vehicles which were at various other Audi dealers but unfortunately not the one we were after.took our details and said would keep in touch(and he did) so we were very impressed with the attention we received from Wearside Audi.

I had lots of queries & was listened to by Daniel Hunter who answered my queries. He kept me informed of the progress of the work & helped me with a query which meant him standing outside of the car in the cold & rain. He was a true professional & a credit to your company.
