Service over all was excellent, however car wash let it down, very poor, back wind screen dirty and only clean spokes on alloys.

The staff were frendly and helpful ann listened to a concern we had.I have had to give the waiting area 1 star not because it was lacking in ant aspect in fact it is normally very good but because we were told when we booked our appointment on the telephone that we were unable to wait there as there was no room and this was incorrect.

As previously stated process was seamless and booking on line was quite easy to do.Excellent customer service as always. Regularly informed of progress of work. I picked my car up and it had been washed and cleaned.

They couldn't find my appointment at first, but went above and beyond and finally found it. My car was sorted in 40 minutes including a complimentary wash

Easy to understand and useMy Audi was returned in 2 and a half hours on this occasion. Which meant less waiting around time for me. On other occasions it has taken hours as there never seemed to be a car available for me when my car needed the service and MOT. I must also mention Rebecca who was very kind and helpful in helping me take out a new service plan which was the All in One Audi plan. She is an asset to Westside Audi.
