I booked an online appointment for my car, which I was then told did not exist . The first free appointment was the 6 weeks ahead for a car that did not work and the advisor was incapable of understanding that.I gave my five star score for Becky, who is always brilliant to deal with, no matter what my issue. She really helped me through a very confusing issue and sorted me with an alternative car quickly. This is not a Looker issue, but dealing with the Audi customer service centre via chat/ email/ call was an absolutely horrible experience. In addition Audi roadside assist could not even be bothered to come and look at my car, but made me do a single check before referring me to Looker. Therefore Looker had fault report to refer to. Thank goodness that the process was so much better once I was handles by the dealership.

Once again the service was to really high standard throughput the process, Melissa in particular was great to work with.

Improvements to new A1 both internally and externally are better than I anticipated.

James took excellent care of us at the handover. Unfortunately the DVLA site was down, which meant we had to stay overnight in Newcastle. James was off the following day, but made sure Sam looked after us when we eventually did get to pick up the car.
