My car is 3 yrs old and a reoccurring fault shows regarding the condition of the battery which has been changed twice now, meaning the car is now on its third battery. It is good lookers change it but I don’t think the true cause has been identified and wouldn’t be surprised if I’m in the same position within two years. The customer service is excellent from lookers at Sunderland and a big thank you to all the members of staff I have spoken to or worked on my car. Keep it up.

The only complaint I have is having numerous attempts to call Lookers myself . The call kept dropping out during the automated message, thus I never got to talk to anyone re the corroded ROS spring retainer. On leaving a message via the secure mail I received a call shortly after . Not a service department issue, more telecoms issue. Still disappointed that my relatively youthful motor vehicle has started to corrode.

All staff, courteous, informative and helpful. Only downside, outside the control of the dealership, was the waiting time of 12 month between order and delivery

Wearside Audi was 100% better than teeside Audi. The two things let them down where the waiting time to get the car booked in and the car wash was shocking.

Initially found a suitable vehicle and agreed to proceed with both trade in and purchase.However to be disappointed that the vehicle had already been sold 5 days previously and that a system error was still showing the vehicle for sale.

Adam Corry was extremely helpful with my vehicle purchase.

I liked the car -A1- S line and Black Edition, but decided the wait for a new car was too long and I would try again next year.
