To book in is dreadful. When I first called I spoke to central bookings. I explained the problem with the car and was told it needed to be booked in. First available booking was May 4th which is ridiculous when I had no rear lights and going away for Easter! I then contacted the dealership direct who then put me back through to central bookings. I decided to drive to the dealership, explained the issues to Bob on service who was fabulous and got me booked in the same day.

Dan was very customer friendly and he dealt with the booking in of my car and advised me of the work required. He contacted me to advise that the car was ready for collection and on my arrival at Service Reception, Dan dealt with the paperwork and handover of my car courteously and efficiently.

Excellent experience, hopefully I will be ready to do business with Audi in 2/3 years.

Lewis Cummings service start to finish was fantastic, he by far is one of the best brand ambassadors I have met and was a pleasure to deal with. Every query was answered to its fullest and you can tell he has a real passion for his role.Due to Lewis I would chose Wearside Audi over other branches in the future and I will happily make Lewis my point of call for any further purchases, along with recommending him to anyone I know that’s in the market for a car.

From my initial contact all the way to collection of my vehicle, my experience can only be described as first class. Had been looking for Q3 for sometime. As I stay in the north of Scotland I phoned to find out more about the car I purchased. Spoke to sales about the car and was very impressed with the sale rep.Travel down to get car and again the sales team were excellent.Delighted with my Audi Q3.
