I was asked to speak to a member of the sales team, while my vehicle was in for its first service. I had not intended to swap or re new my vehicle when handing it over for the service. They were initially very helpful, when I mentioned I may prefer a smaller vehicle next time as my circumstances had changed.They sourced a vehicle which was 2 years older than the vehicle I already own. I informed them I needed to think about this , as it may be false economy swapping to an older model.When I emailed them my reply the following day ( as both the sales person and his manager were off) I received no reply.I have to say I was a little disappointed by this. I would have expected a reply thanking me for getting back to them with a decision, at the very least, having given unexpectedly, an hour of my time to them in the first place.This wouldn't put me off purchasing from Audi again, but has left me feeling like you only matter to the sales team, if they think they may secure a sale from you.

Yes-Lewis was very pleasant and sources an A4 Acant to try mam's Walker in. Sarah Tait was excellent as usual.

Disappointed in that the inspection of the car prior to my collecting it failed to notice the rear number plate was not fixed correctly I had to take the car back the day after I collected the car to have that problem fixed.Having traded in a car in which I left the four mats I purchased it was also disappointing to find Honda had removed the mats from the used car I purchased from them whilst I recognise it's all about the 'bottom line' in my view this does not present a good image particularly when purchasing a used car!
