After initial problem following a repair, the garage responded superbly and could not have been more attentive. Much appreciated was the personal response from Gareth who went above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied. Brilliant customer service.

The gentleman I handed the car to, the two ladies (are we allowed to use that term nowadays?); I spoke to on the telephone later that day, (I'm afraid I don't have their names). As well as the young lady Rebecca, who handed the car back to me; were all helpful, polite and friendly. Excellent service all round. Please give them my compliments.

Questions 4 and 5 are not applicable as I did not visit the showroom.The only disappointing thing was that the email I sent confirming that I did not wish to proceed was unacknowledged,which when I was in business would have been below my company's service standards.
